Property Manager: The Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations and bottom line financial results. The property manager is responsible for on-site management and leasing activities. The property manager supervises leasing consultants and the maintenance staff. The property manager is responsible for maintaining all resident records, resident relations, and employee relations.

Assistant Manager: The assistant manager is to assist the manager in effectively managing the assigned property. In the manager’s absence, the assistant manager will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives as set forth by the property manager and the property owner. The assistant manager greets prospects and leases apartments.

Leasing Consultant: The leasing consultant is the property’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. A leasing consultant is very service orientated and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.

Lead Maintenance Technician: The Lead Maintenance Technician ensures a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, vistors and staff by assisting in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, and responding to and resolving maintenance calls. The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for preventative maintenance, supervising all maintenance staff and a positive curb appeal of the community.

Maintenance Technician: The Maintenance Technician assists the Lead Maintenance Technician in maintaining the physical integrity of the community, produces acceptable apartment turns, as well as ensures a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
