Brie is a Boston native who recently moved to Cincinnati after spending 4 years in San Diego, CA. There she worked in various banquet and event management roles for high-end restaurants and event venues. In her most recent role at La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club, Brie was responsible for executing $1m of the venue’s $4m annual sales. She worked at Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston for three years as the Catering Director, working side by side with the Jimmy Fund Corporation and many other non-profit institutes.
Brie is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She loves being the heart of PLK and assisting employees with daily operations!
