Chris joined PLK as a Maintenance Lead in December of 2016. He began his career in the multifamily housing industry in 2002 as a Service Technician at a three-hundred-unit property in Fairfield working for AIMCO. Over the span of ten years he has honed his skills on many different properties. He moved back to the Cincinnati area to be the Maintenance Lead at Mallard Lakes in 2012 working for Flaherty and Collins.
When PLK acquired Mallard Lakes in 2016, Chris stayed on as the Maintenance Lead. His high standards and attention to detail, propelled Chris to his current role as Construction Manager. As Construction Manager, Chris capitalizes on his organizational skills and attention to detail. His primary responsibilities include writing job scopes, overseeing multiple ongoing construction projects and conducting final inspections of work performed.
